Glass products are fragile, and we take packaging seriously. All glass orders are packed with:
  • Individual cardboard dividers or bubble wrap
  • Sturdy 5-layer export cartons
  • Palletized loading for large orders (recommended)
  • Corner protectors and stretch film wrapping

Our standard breakage rate is under 1%. In the rare event of breakage, we provide replacements or credit on your next order.

We offer multiple levels of customization to help your brand stand out:

Yes! We provide free existing samples for quality evaluation (you only cover shipping cost). For custom-printed samples or fully custom designs, sample fees apply and are refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Sample lead time is typically 3-7 days.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For repeat clients, we offer more flexible payment terms.
